SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer free shipping via USPO Priority Mail to destinations within the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. As of October 14, 2020, we do not ship to international locations. We intend to add other shipping partners and ability to accept international orders by Q1 2010.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
CopperCholla™ accepts returns on most items within 60 days of shipment. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in new, unused, and unaltered condition with original tags and packaging intact.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or email us immediately at email@example.com. Please retain all packing materials. Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported immediately or within five days of receipt of your order.
If you have received damaged or defective merchandise, not to worry, we have a one-year warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Jewelry which has been worn or damaged is not eligible for return or exchange.
To return an item to CopperCholla™
Email us at email@example.com. Please provide the reason for the return, order number and indicate whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.
Select your carrier and initiate your return. CopperCholla™ is not responsible for return shipping costs.
Package your item(s) securely in the original packing materials. Be sure to include original tags.
You may want to consider ensuring your return shipment for its full purchase value as CopperCholla™ is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
Provide a tracking number and proof of mailing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After Your Return or Exchange is Received
Returns are processed Monday - Friday. You will receive a confirmation email alerting you that we have received your return. Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receipt of the returned item.
If you are expecting a return shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email the day of the outbound shipment.
Cancel or Change an Order
If you would like to change or cancel an order, please email CopperCholla™ and we will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
